We had the pleasure of collaborating with Dr. Sarah Berry, who served as our consultant and special guest speaker during the initial planning stages of our interdisciplinary Health Humanities program. Dr. Berry's expertise and innovative approach were invaluable, providing essential insights. Her professionalism, creativity, and commitment to health equity and justice have significantly influenced our planning process. Additionally, she used her network to connect us with other institutions and researchers who have experience developing summer bridge programs to complement our project's recruitment and sustainability. Dr. Berry is an excellent educator and facilitator, and I highly recommend that others seeking to develop similar programs consult her for her expertise.

As we contemplate creating an interdisciplinary Health Humanities program on our campus, Dr. Sara Agnelli and I have been lucky to work with the amazing resource known as Sarah Berry! She shared data, stories, and strategic insights in a low-key way that engaged all our stakeholders—students, staff, and faculty. It was such a treat to be listened to rather than lectured at. Everyone came away fortified with new knowledge and feeling downright inspired—thank you Sarah!

What a delight to have Sarah L. Berry, PhD present a faculty development session for the narrative medicine facilitators at Quinnipiac University Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine. Sarah's consultant talents shined bright as she guided MD facilitators to link close-reading strategies with clinical care. Brava!

Sarah's expertise on American literature, extensive knowledge of Medical Humanities scholarship, as well as the field's institutional history and development in baccalaureate and medical programs, is unsurpassed. She is a tremendous teacher; a highly innovative, organized, and agile thinker and writer; and a wonderful colleague. My continuing work in and commitment to build up the Medical Humanities at my current institution (and in my own research and teaching) is indelibly tied to Sarah's generosity and inspiring conversations over the years on the topic. I highly recommend Sarah and would be happy to provide a more detailed recommendation upon request.

Sarah is a powerful educator, a skilled facilitator, and an expert in curricular development in DEI and Health Humanities. Sarah connects with her audience and uses effective discussion techniques to get people talking. She also has a keen insight into curricular development--I saw her create with colleagues a whole new proposal for a Health Humanities curriculum at my institution that was ground-breaking. She uses her research to create evidence-based techniques for improving education. And she has years of experience as a crystal-clear and empowering communicator. I highly recommend her services!
